Green beans with lamb or veal

 

Ingredients:

Lamb or veal, green beans, onion,

potatoes, parsley.

 

Method:

   You put the lamb or veal to boil and just as boiling starts you remove any “foam”, then you add all ingredients, at the end you add the olive oil and the lemon juice (if you like you may replace lemon juice with some chopped tomato).
